A POLICY PROPOSAL FOR ONE NATION
A Practical, Cost-Free Change to the Kindergarten Curriculum
That Will Reduce Rape, Theft, and Violence

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The current approach to crime prevention is failing. It is based on
empathy-based education, which is weak and does not work under
pressure. It does not stop rape. It does not stop theft. It does not
stop violence.

There is a better way. It is simple, cost-free, and can be
implemented immediately in kindergartens. It is based on a single
sentence said in the moment when a child snatches, hits, or excludes
another child:

"We don't hurt our family. And everyone in the world is our family."

This sentence expands the child's tribe boundary. It installs a
protector identity. It does not require empathy to function. It works
for the 2% of children with no empathy. It works under pressure.

This policy is not woke. It is not left-wing. It is not
right-wing. It is common sense. It protects Australian children.
It reduces crime. It costs nothing.

PART ONE: THE PROBLEM

The current approach to crime prevention is based on teaching
empathy, kindness, and respect. This is the "be kind" curriculum.
It is the dominant model in early childhood education.

This approach is failing. It does not stop rape. It does not stop
theft. It does not stop violence. It produces a generation of
children who are taught to "be kind" but who still commit crimes.

Why?

1. Empathy is a feeling, not a mechanism. You can feel empathy and
   still do nothing. You can feel empathy and still act.

2. Empathy fails under pressure. In war, in group pressure, in
   unchecked power, the hardware overrides the empathy. The criminal
   does not stop to consider the victim's feelings.

3. Empathy does not cross tribe boundaries. People are kind to their
   own tribe. They are not kind to outsiders. The empathy stops at
   the border.

This is why the current approach is failing. It is a goal, not a
mechanism. It is a feeling, not a frame. It is a wish, not a
seatbelt.

PART TWO: THE SOLUTION

The solution is simple. It is based on a single principle: the
hardware runs on outside-tribe targets. If you expand the tribe
boundary to include everyone, the hardware has no targets left.

This is not a philosophical claim. It is a pedagogical hack. A single
sentence, said in the moment when a child snatches, hits, or excludes
another child:

reduces crime at the source. It stops criminals before they are
created. It is not soft on crime. It is smart on crime.

One Nation cares about common sense. This policy is common sense.
It is simple. It is cost-free. It is based on the way children
actually learn.

One Nation cares about stopping the "woke" agenda. This policy is
not woke. It is not left-wing. It is not right-wing. It is a
practical, evidence-based mechanism that works.

One Nation cares about sovereignty. This policy expands the tribe
boundary to include all Australians. It makes every Australian a
brother or sister. It strengthens the nation. It unifies the people.

One Nation has the opportunity to champion a policy that will reduce
rape, theft, and violence. It costs nothing. It takes one second to

the nation.
