From: Paul Edwards, mutazilah@gmail.com To: Committee Secretary, PJCIS, PO Box 6021, Parliament House, Canberra ACT 2600, Australia Date: 2021-01-02 Dear Sir, This is an ADDENDUM to my previous submission regarding: "Inquiry into extremist movements and radicalism in Australia". In that submission, I stated this: Note that I don't own a gun, and I recognize that Australian law protects HIM, the human rights violator, so I will never personally take action to protect myself, I will just reconcile myself to the fact that not every human rights violation is recognized or punished. I have since realized I didn't provide the full story of how my brain operates. I realize that I am TOTALLY OUTGUNNED by the Australian security forces, and THAT is the main reason I will never personally take action. If I ever develop a superweapon, rest assured that I will be unilaterally changing Australian law to protect my human rights, including not being exposed to cigarette smoke or having my freedom of speech curtailed. This is because my loyalty is to my own ideology, not to what the Australian people decide my human rights should be. I am not making any attempt to develop a superweapon, mainly because I don't think I have the technical skills to do that, combined with the fact that if I tried, I'd probably be caught before being able to complete it. However, if someone like NATO were to offer to invade Australia and install a constitution that protected my human rights, THEN I would join the NATO forces to the best of my ability. I have no loyalty to the Australian security forces that oppose a NATO liberation. Note that 87% of Afghans supported the NATO liberation of their country too. I'm exactly like them. They didn't care that the invaders were foreign, non-Muslim, white etc. I don't care if NATO forces barely speak English either. Perhaps I am different from other alleged terrorists because they think they can be militarily successful somehow. But I know that what they are trying to do is technically impossible. Perhaps we can teach children in school that in order to win wars you need to get control of the air first, and that myths about "glorious guerillas" in places like Cuba, Vietnam and Afghanistan are just propaganda. Note that the vast majority of westerners actually believe those myths, including probably everyone in your committee. I expect that all Australian Defence Force generals know reality if you would like to check with them.
